 Enrolment for participation in the seminar should be done by the  following way:

- Registration Form, attached to this "Site", and copy of the bank transfer documents of the seminar's fee must be mailed to the address for correspondence.

The confirmation of registration shall be done after the copy from the bank transfer document is received on the correspondence address. Every registered participant shall obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

Period of approving the application forms for cancellation:

- Up to April 26, 2004 - 90% of the amount would be restored;
